How can I change the settings of SkyPDF Pro?

Go to [Start]-[Control Panel]-[Printer and Fax] and click [SkyPDF Pro Driver] for detail settings. Please refer to the User’s Guide for how to use SkyPDF Pro.

Can I convert multiple files to PDF at the same time?
How can I do it?

Please set SkyPDF Pro driver as a default printer. If not, multiple files may be printed from another printer unexpectedly.
Select multiple files from Explorer, right click and select [Print].
*In some applications, printer selection may be required. If so, please choose [SkyPDF Pro Driver].
Save as dialog will appear at each file for its output location.

Clicking the Cancel button once does not work or multiple error dialogs appear when PDF conversion/creation is canceled before conversion/creation. What do I need to do?

Canceling the operation sometimes leads to the same condition which printing preparation is forced to terminate by the application. Therefore, if Cancel does not work by clicking the “Cancel” button once, please click the button again to terminate it. After this operation, an error screen may appear. By clicking the “OK” button or “Finish” the error screen will disappear.

Part of a line disappears after conversion. How can I modify it?

Some parts of ruled lines on the documents disappear in some cases depending on graphic resolutions at PDF creation. Please see here for changing resolution settings.
*The file size will be smaller/bigger due to modification of resolution settings.

How can I convert parts or all of an Internet Explorer screen to PDF?

Please check the preview from the menu [File]-[Print Preview].
If all or a part of the file is not displayed in Print Preview, PDF result will also be the same as in the preview.

PDF results would be improved if the preview shows any better by the following:
Solution1: Select “As laid out on screen” in the tool bar in Print Preview and print a document.

Moreover, web screens are often horizontally long, so simply to change the layout will result in a better view. Please check the view with different orientation in Print Preview before PDF conversion.

Generated PDF from photo file is rotated 90 degrees. How can I modify it?

Image files such as JPEG or bmp are printed with portrait mode rotated 90 degrees.
Solution1: To modify the rotated picture after PDF conversion
Go to [View]-[Rotate View] in Adobe Reader tool bar to fix inclination.
Solution2: Not to rotate image at PDF conversion.

Go to [Start]-[Control Panel]-[Printer and Fax] to open the properties of SkyPDF Pro Driver and click Printing Preferences. Then, set the orientation landscape on the Page Settings tab.

*For users who often use portrait orientation, we recommend to change the setting back to portrait orientation for later operations.

Function

PDF files open after conversion. Is it possible not to open the file after conversion?

Uncheck [File open after saving] in the Save as dialog right before PDF conversion.
To set to not open PDF files after conversion, please follow the following steps:

Step1: Go to [Start]-[Control Panel]-[Printer and Fax] and open SkyPDF Pro property.
Step2: Click the [Printing Preferences] button and uncheck [Open Files after Saving] on the [Page Settings] tab.

PDF conversion is slow. What can be done to improve the speed?

Please end programs other than the program for source files of PDF.
Also, conversion speed will change depending on the resolution setting or the compression option. At the same time, the file size will also alter.
